BBC Budget Meal Plans

I was asked to create a series of cheap vegetarian and vegan meal plans for the BBC Food website with a very strict budget. Recipes include okonomiyaki, cacio e pepe beans on toast and broccoli pizza.

Planet Organic - Seasonal Stars

I’ve created 4 recipes a month for planet organic for in store activations and blog posts, making the most of their epic seasonal produce. Recipes include a chipotle citrus salad, cherry ripple ice cream and chicken and radish tray bake.

Ocado Life Magazine

I have written a number of recipes for Ocado Life magazine. Some features have been ‘Terrific Tarts’ and ‘Sassy Salads’. Recipes include raspberry and peach marscapone tart, rice crust quiche and a shredded sprout salad.
